Prepare to install and configure a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) solution in a single site in this course, focusing primarily on CUCM Release 6.x/7.x, the call routing and signaling component for the Cisco Unified Communications solution.

In lab activities, you will perform post-installation tasks, configure CUCM, implement Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) gateways, and build dial plans to place on-net and off-net phone calls. You will also implement media resources, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) integration, voice mail integration, and numerous user telephone features
