This course is intended for individuals who meet the following prerequisites:
- SNMP operation
- Basic IP telephony concepts, including how calls are processed via H323
- Voice Essentials: Basic Telephony and IP Telephony
- Cisco® CallManager deployment and configuration, as taught in the Cisco® IP Telephony
(CIPT) course
- Hands-on experience Windows 2000

| The Cisco® Emergency Responders (CER) course provides the student with hands-on experience
and knowledge of tasks typically performed during CER deployment. Tasks include planning, installation, configuration,
and troubleshooting. |
