Who Should Attend
 
This hands-on course is intended for System Administrators, Supervisory Users, Implementation Consultants, Application Engineers, System Engineers and Technical Support Engineers who implement, install, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP networks using the Cisco® Emergency Responder as part of the deployment.
 
Prerequisites
 

This course is intended for individuals who meet the following prerequisites:

  • SNMP operation
  • Basic IP telephony concepts, including how calls are processed via H323
  • Voice Essentials: Basic Telephony and IP Telephony
  • Cisco® CallManager deployment and configuration, as taught in the Cisco® IP Telephony (CIPT) course
  • Hands-on experience Windows 2000
 
Course Description:
 
The Cisco® Emergency Responders (CER) course provides the student with hands-on experience and knowledge of tasks typically performed during CER deployment. Tasks include planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
