Introduction:

This recently updated 5-day advanced course will teach you to design, configure, test, and troubleshoot end-to-end QoS for enterprise networks based on Cisco best practices. Campus QoS design and WAN QoS design are the two major focus areas of this course. Design considerations for enterprises that need to interface with QoS-enabled MPLS service providers are discussed. The course focuses on QoS theory and practical, real-world, hands-on labs for VoIP, video, and data applications; it is composed of 50% hands-on labs and 50% theory. In the labs, you will use Cisco 7960 IP Telephones, VT Advantage Video Cameras, IP Communicator Softphones, a Protocol Analyzer, a traffic generator, and various data applications. In addition, an optional lab allows you to practice configuring QoS on Cisco Wireless Access Points. Successful implementation of the techniques taught in this course will have a dramatic impact on critical network application performance in enterprise networks.

Audience:

Network professionals seeking an advanced understanding of Campus QoS (Cisco Catalyst switches) and WAN QoS (Cisco IOS Routers) in a converged voice, video, and data enterprise network.

Prerequisites:

  • ICND2 - Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices 2
  • BSCI - Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks v3.0
  • BCMSN - Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks v3.0
  • QOS - Implementing Cisco Quality of Service
  • CIPT1 - Cisco IP Telephony Part 1 v4.1

Customize it:

This 5-days Cisco AQOS course will be customized to your needs and specifications. Eno.com will assist you in identifying those needs and specifications. A word to the wise, there are many vendors of Cisco training. They will typically have a broad and general course, one size fits all, already developed and just put your organization?s ame on the title slide. This minimizes their effort and time investment. At Eno.com, every course is made to your exact and exacting specifications. We help you ensure what you are getting is what you really need even if at the beginning you weren't too sure of what that was. We fit the class to your needs. We never fit you into our standard, one size fits all, class. Please call or e-mail to schedule a no-obligation conference call to help us understand your audience background and training objectives.
