The completion of an ERP implementation is but one milestone in an organization’s journey
to management excellence. Eno can provide the following System Life Cycle expertise:
Post-Implementation Support – if the new system is NOT working correctly, Eno can
provide help with technical issues (bug fixes, system setup changes, etc.); and/or people issues (user training,
utilize management input, etc.).
Phase 2 Assessments – if the new system is not providing the optimum results; Eno

Localization:
Translation of any of our Oracle Applications training documentation into other languages
is familiar territory for ENO. We take the double-translation approach. First, we translate it into the other language.
Then we have someone else translate it back into English, to make sure nothing got lost in the first translation.
Earlier versions - Oracle 10.7 and 11.03
ENO receives frequent requests for training in previous versions of Oracle Applications such
as 10.7 and 11.03. We have successfully trained clients' employees at the set-up, super-user and end-user levels,
enabling customers to extend the useful life of their existing Oracle implementations.
