Course Aim

This learning path provides the learner with the basic skills needed for technical support of Windows 98 and Windows 2000 operating systems. It covers the basic operating system functionality, the installation routines, troubleshooting and maintenance techniques, as well as basic networking concepts. The learning path also addresses the objectives for taking the A+ Operating System Technologies Examination 220-222, which is necessary for obtaining an A+ certificate. The A+ Certification is an industry wide, vendor-neutral certification program developed and sponsored by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA).
