Palo Alto: Networks Advanced Troubleshooting Training

The 1 day Advanced Troubleshooting class covers basic troubleshooting methodology for the Palo Alto Networks firewall. It is primarily focused on troubleshooting scenarios. Successful completion of this one-day, instructor led course will enable the attendee to perform advanced troubleshooting on the entire line of Palo Alto Networks next generation firewalls.

During this class, the instructor will lead students through the process of identifying faults, interpreting error logs, testing features and advanced troubleshooting techniques for Palo Alto Networks products. Students will be introduced to client scenarios and will be given fault analysis tools for real-life situations involving client networking, security, and threat prevention. Students will experience the accurate reporting and logging features of PAN-OS, the security-specific operating system that controls every Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewall. The combination of instructor lecture and how-to demonstrations will give students an in-depth understanding of how App-ID, User-ID and Content-ID can enable policy based visibility and control over applications, users and content.
