Introduction:
 
This two-day course gives networking professionals hands-on knowledge of how to troubleshoot a BIG-IP LTM system using a number of troubleshooting techniques and troubleshooting and system tools. This course includes lectures, labs, and discussions.

Note: This course is intended for experienced users of the BIG-IP family of products and participants should have passed the BIG-IP LTM Essentials certification test or successfully completed the BIG-IP LTM Essentials
 
Audience:
 
This course is intended for system and network administrators responsible for troubleshooting and supporting BIG-IP LTM systems.
 
Prerequisites:
 

Successful completion of BIG-IP LTM Essentials or passing Prometric exam F50-511
Students should understand:

  • Common network terminology
  • TCP/IP addressing and routing
  • Internetworking concepts
  • Common elements of WAN and LAN environments

In addition, students should be proficient in:

  • Basic PC operation and application skills, including operating a CD drive, keyboard, mouse and Windows OS,
  • Basic Web browser operation (Internet Explorer is used in this class).
