Crystal Enterprise 10 - Administering Users and Content

With Client Site Training, courses can be scheduled on a date that is convenient for you, and because they can be scheduled at your location, you don't incur travel costs and students won't be away from home. An additional advantage is that the class is taught on your equipment, so students are learning in their work environment rather than in a classroom setup. Client Site classes can also be tailored to meet your needs. We require a minimum of five employees and above.

Audience

This course is designed for system administrators who are new to Crystal Enterprise and will be responsible for maintaining Crystal Enterprise users, groups, and objects for their organization.

Prerequisites

An understanding of telecommunication fundamentals, basic data communications, internetworking, and LAN technologies

Course Aim

This 2-day course introduces system administrators to Crystal Enterprise, specifically Crystal Enterprise users, groups, and objects. It explains how to perform the tasks involved in supporting Crystal Enterprise users and groups so they can access the corporate data they need through Crystal Enterprise’s web portal. This corporate data can take the form of Crystal Report or Crystal Analysis files, program objects, object packages, and popular 3rd party objects such as Microsoft Word and Excel files, among others.
