Course Aim |
| This learning path demonstrates how to structure specific, balanced feedback that encourages employees to take responsibility for giving feedback to others. It demonstrates how to contract with employees to improve performance and how to deal with emotional or negative responses to feedback. The learning path gives the student the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively receive constructive feedback about job performance, behavior, ideas, and suggestions. It then teaches the student to use this feedback to improve their job performance. Students will also learn how to actively seek feedback and handle difficult feedback situations. |
