Course Aim
This learning path discusses solutions to the most common types of communication problems. In doing so, it discusses the two basic principles of communication. The learning path also outlines how to focus on issues, provide feedback, get agreement, and tailor a message for a target.
Learning Objectives
To discuss solutions to the most common communication problems Follow the guidelines of the communication process to solve communication difficulties Identify steps to take when the communication process does not go according to plan. Describe the importance of tailoring a message to its target and identify possible Solutions for dealing with chronic onlisteners and chronic interrupters. Create an appropriate plan of action to handle communications issues.
