Part of the Contact Center SolutionSets, the Inside Sales component is designed to give inside
sales agents the skills to deal successfully with inbound sales calls from customers and outbound campaigns to
customers or prospects. As each of these customer audiences requires a different approach, the SolutionSet is divided
into three different versions, addressing the issues around inbound customer calls, outbound customer calls, and
outbound calls to prospects. Each version of the SolutionSet provides applied learning: hints, tips, realistic
examples, and scenarios that allow sales agents to practice and refine their techniques in a safe environment.
Delivered in learning objects that average 20 minutes in duration, the path draws on a variety of media and formats
so that agents not only learn about the skills and theories but also have the opportunity to practice them in safe
