offers interactive comprehensive, multimedia communications capabilities unlike anything else on the Web, so you can effectively interact in a Web-based business meeting. From sharing presentations to sharing any type of document, to Web tours, to full application and desktop remote control, WebEx Meetings offers the most spontaneous, dynamic and rich environment there is on the Web.

WebEx Offices give you a virtual office space on the Web for your organization's sales, marketing, and customer support professionals. Sales and support personnel can easily organize their Web-based meetings and better manage communications with customers. From their office, sales and support professionals can easily and instantly initiate on-line customer meetings to review product information, give a real-time demo, or collaborate on an application, such as completing a questionnaire or developing contract terms and conditions. There's even a remote control capability available so customer service representatives can immediately provide support to customers over the Web and resolve problems immediately.

In addition to supporting real-time interactions, WebEx Offices can provide immediate service to customers, even when the "office owner" is unavailable.
