The Project Management curriculum is aimed at trainee project managers, consultants routinely
engaged in project management, experienced project managers wishing to refresh their thinking on the principles
of project management, and program managers and senior managers employing or managing project managers. The courses
cover the principles and processes involved in all aspects of project management—dealing with issues such as scheduling,
communications, resources, procurement, risk, and quality.
To be eligible for the PMP certification, you must first meet specific education and experience requirements and
agree to adhere to a code of professional conduct. The final step in becoming a PMP is passing a multiple-choice
examination designed to objectively assess and measure your project management knowledge. This computer-based examination
is administered globally.
This curriculum has been specifically built to broadly map to the Project Management Body of Knowledge™ (PMBOK™)
and covers all areas of project management applicable to the Project Management Professional® (PMP®) certification
examination offered by the Project Management Institute® (PMI®). Titles covered includes: |
