Prerequisites

Course Aim

To demonstrate how to plan, configure, and use groups to implement administrative, security, and messaging policies and show how to install and configure Terminal Services to facilitate remote administration and thin-client computing

Learning Objectives

Plan a local and domain group strategy. Use groups to implement administrative, security, and messaging strategies in Windows 2000. Create and configure groups, group memberships, group nesting, and group rights and privileges. Alter group scope. Install Terminal Services on a Windows 2000 server and client. Use Terminal Services to provide application server services and remote administration services. Configure terminal server licensing services and settings.
