Pre-Requisites:

| The Bootcamp is designed for I.T. help-desk professionals with six months or more of help desk
experience, supporting a Windows NT/2000 network. While not required, if you have any of the following certifications,
you are most likely ready to take this bootcamp: MCP, Network + or CCNA® Certifications. |

Student Material:

Each student will get Eno's A+ training kit. A+ certification courseware from Eno is the
most comprehensive training package available. The Eno Courseware A+ Certification Standard Student Kit includes:
- Hardware and Operating Systems Study Manuals
- Access to A+ online training
- Premium 12-piece computer tool kit
- Heavy-duty nylon briefcase.

How Guarantee:

Our guarantee to you: You will obtain your A+ certification. Period. If you finish our BootCamp
without your certification, you can attend a future BootCamp, all at no cost to you. To attend a future BootCamp,
simply retain your courseware and test-prep software.
Furthermore, we believe this course offers the best possible training in this field. You may cancel or reschedule
a class ten (10) business days in advance of the start date of the class at no charge. Cancellations made within
ten (10) business days of the starting date of the class are subject to a 50% fee and / or a 25% fee for rescheduling.
No refunds will be granted for any student who fails to attend a course or cancels a course on or after the first
day of class. Courseware is nonrefundable once opened or received. All course materials will be delivered at the
beginning of the class. |

Each day the boot camp starts at 9:00 am sharp and continues until 7:00 pm. We keep you energized with great snacks,
sodas, coffee and all lunches.
Full payment must be received at least ten (10) business days before the scheduled class begins. Students who have
not paid in full cannot be admitted to the classroom.
Payment for classes can be made by:

Check or Money Orders
Company Purchase Order
Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation letter and directions to the training site will be mailed to you.
Payment must be made in advance to ensure your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call Eno
Education Network to confirm your enrollment at 703-370-5281.
Cancellation:

Vouchers and Exams
|
|
You will receive 2 test vouchers. No additional payment is necessary for the vouchers. If
you have already passed one of the tests, talk to your counselor about a voucher discount.
The Bootcamp will prepare you for the following exams:
- A+ Core hardware
- A+ OS technologies
Both exams are delivered at the Training Center, which is an authorized VUE Testing Center.
Since the exams are adaptive, they are only 30 minutes in length. We will provide a large number of testing stations
dedicated to the boot camp. A test administrator will be available throughout the day, and in the evening, to register
you for the tests.
