Course Aim
To enable the student to implement and manage a Frame Relay interface and network
Learning Objectives
Outline the advantages Frame Relay has to offer and explain why the Frame Relay method of handling errors contributes to the speed of the network. Give an example of a commonly used Frame Relay protocol type and outline its operation. Explain how frames are routed on a Frame Relay network. Discuss the concept of CIR. Discuss Frame Relay standards and VPNs.
