To introduce the antivirus, multi-tier software suite from Network Associates (formerly McAfee Associates)

Learning Objectives

List the range of antivirus products available from Network Associates. Understand what a multi-tier, antivirus strategy is. Implement enterprise-wide antivirus procedures. Install and maintain Network Associates antivirus software. Use the Alert Manager utility to respond to virus alerts. Update virus information using the AutoUpdate features of Network Associates software. Use SecureCast to receive updates to virus information. Remove a virus from a desktop machine. Prevent viruses from entering desktop machines.
