Course Aim

To introduce students to the PROCEDURE DIVISION

Learning Objectives

Understand the use of DISPLAY, ACCEPT, MOVE, STOP, and INITIALIZE statements. Explain how to use the arithmetic statements - ADD, SUBTRACT, MULTIPLY, DIVIDE, and COMPUTE. Use arithmetic options and editing - signed and rounded numbers, size error, remainder, editing, suppression, floating insertion, currency, and decimal points.
